This is a diagnostic exam but I didn't know where else to post it. How would you code for Exam: x-ray lumbar spine 1 view. Indication: intra-op lumbar laminectomy? The impression states intra-Op localization exam. What diagnosis code could you use for this? I can't find anything in ICD 9.
