I know to code symptoms when the doctor doesn't state a diagnosis but in this case I don't even think there are any symptoms to code. What would be an appropriate diagnosis code for this visit?

Patient is a 6 month old.

HPI
Mom concerned about possible allergies
Eczema was flaring recently, mom thought it was from being in grass
Would get big welts after being in grass, welts on areas that didn't even touch the grass
Back to back colds, cough hasn't cleared for past 3 months

Doctor's impression was:
discussed normal viral exposure during daycare ages, is growing well, no other physical sx, will watch and call for new or worsening sx
