Kidney Health Eval for Patients - Ethnicity related question

Hello,

Is anyone familiar with including a code relating to ethnicity for the eGFR lab? This would be for kidney evaluation using the blood and urine for diabetic patient screenings. If anyone is familiar with this especially as it relates to the HEDIS 2022 updates for ethnicity/race factors for various measures, please let me know. :)
CPT: 80047, 80048, 80050, 80053, 80069, 82565

The ethnicity is used by the labs to calculate their eGFR results; so, I'm just checking if there is a piece that is missing.

For the urine portion I know of options:
Quantitative Urine Albumin Lab Test CPT: 82043
Urine Creatinine Lab Test CPT: 82570
