Hello all,

Procedure:
1. Punctal Plugs, Rt and Lt upper lids
2. Bandage contact lens placement both eyes
3. installation of Lacrisert in both eyes

Dx:
Keratits iritis and severe dry eye syndrome both eyes

I'm looking at 68761-E1 and 68761-E3 contact pacement included but not so sure about the Lacrisert? Anyone familiar with this?

Thanks for any help!
Jamie

As far as I've read about the Lacrisert, it is a self-administered medication. Just need a little instruction and training for the patient to do it any time, any place. I don't think you can bill for the instillation of the lacrisert.
