Hello,

Can you please assist with providing the CPT codes for the following descriptions-

  • Laser ablation of vaginal lesion
  • Laser ablation vulva dysplasia

Laser ablation is a way of destroying the lesions. So you would be coding for destruction of vaginal lesion(s) 57061-57065 or destruction of vulvar lesion(s) 56501-56515.

Hello- What do you make of 57456 Colp with ECC due to ASCUS pap being performed the same day as 56515 for vulvar warts. They are technically different areas and being performed for different reasons but are they allowed to be billed together?

There are several ways to look up NCCI edits.

Any online encoder tool I've ever used will also have a lookup feature for NCCI edits.
Some EHR billing systems may have them built in, or able to be added on or customized.
