We are a pain management office (with a clinical lab accreditation) with both a High Complexity Lab (HCL) Machine and a Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LCMS) Machine.

We have been billing the G0431 for the HCL testing.
We are just starting our LCMS testing of 14 other CPT codes for the quantitative testing.

Can we bill both the G0431 and the quantitative testing be billed in the same encounter?
