Wiki Lipogem harvesting and injection.

I have a case where the adipose tissue (lipogem) was suctioned from the lumbar area and injected into both knees. Any recommendations on CPT codes.
I was thinking either the liposuction code 15877 or the 20926 harvesting?
As for the injection please help.
