can any one have the idea as to where the local chapter in india( DELHI)is? & if so than how to get involved with it?

You and your team of coders should start a local chapter there! First time for everything.

Rhonda is very knowledgeable within the AAPC-Try asking her (She writes articles all the time in the AAPC Coding edge magazine).
