Hello Coders!!

I have researched high and low and cannot seem to come up with a solid answer to this scenerio so any help would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

This surgeon performed a facet block at L4-L5 and aspirated a synovial cyst as well, all through the same needle. I can't seem to find an appropriate code for the cyst aspiration but also feel the aspiration may be inclusive of the facet injection since this was all done through the same needle at L4-L5.

Any input???
