Patient has advanced lung cancer with malignant pleural effusion.
Is code 511.81 right? 32421, 32420 correct?Do you know any other codes?

I agree with your pleural effusion code. You should document the lung cancer as well (162.9) . Sequence as first-listed the reason for the procedure.
