I am having trouble deciding on what ICD-9 diagnosis code to use for the following scenario. A closed CT guided biopsy was performed on a soft tissue sacral mass. The path report is positive for malignant plasma cell neoplasm. I am looking for the best code for this very little documentation. They don't specify what form of cancer this is. Thanks!
