If a patient has a Screening Mammogram with findings performed at one facility and then the Diagnostic Mammogram performed at a different facility, do you use a follow up Diagnosis code, V67.59, when coding the Diagnostic Mammogram visit?

No use the findings from the screening, this is what has prompted the diagnostic test.
