The CPT Codes are 27096x2, 20552x1, 20550RT/LTx2 for a Medicare patient.

The sites injected were Bilateral SI Joints, Multiple Muscles in the gluteus maximus area, sacrotuberous ligaments RT/LT and iliolumbar Ligaments RT/LT.

My question is since all are in the same area what modifier would be appropriate for 20550 and the 20550's? -51 only or XU for the 20552? and -51 for the 20550's?
