Would it be appropriate to report modifier 25 on an E/M code for a follow up visit post uterine fibroid embolization when an MRI was read by the same physician checking the status of the fibroid? The MRI was paid the E/M denied.

When the pt is being seen just for the reading, we only report the office visit because this is why they are coming in. Unless other things were done
