Wiki Modifier 91 - I need your input, there is some confusion

Good Morning everyone,

I need your input, there is some confusion about appending modifier 91 versus modifier 59to CPT codes 88342, 88305, 91 for repeat procedures on the same day or 59 for distinct and seperate procedure on the same day!!

Speciman shows same organ with needle core biopsy in different locations, i.e.; right/left apex, right/left base and right/left mid.
