Hi,

I am new to Podiatry coding, I face tough time finding correct CPT codes for following scenarios. If anyone can please advise on this, I will be very thankful.

1. What will be the correct CPT for tendon lengthening/shortening done on MTP joint of toes for tight tendons/contractures (without capsulotmy) when done with hammertoe correction at PIP joint?
2. What will be the correct CPT for tendon lengthening/shortening done on MTP joint of toes for tight tendons/contractures (with capsulotmy) when done with hammertoe correction at PIP joint?
3. Osteotomy of metatarsal with tendon lengthening/shortening at MTP joint with hammertoe procedures on PIP or DIP joints.
