Hello all,
Dx:hammertoe deformity
capsulotomy with extensor tenotomy was performed to release tension of the digit. The digit was percutaneously kept in place using .062 K-wire from a distal-to-proximal aspect, crossing the digits.
No bone was removed....would this be enough to be 28285 or just stick w/ the 28270?
