Anyone familiar with anoscope procedures, if a provider excised a papillary lesion at 5:00 by electrocautery (CPT 46606) and biopsied a polypoid lesion at 12:00 with cautery (46610), since in different locations of anus, can we unbundle CPT codes? or since its the Anus, regardless of location and techniques and multiple lesions where removed, would I then use CPT 46612 instead?

A bit confused, appreciate any feedback :)
