Wiki N13.5 for Ureteral Spasms?

When I look in the ICD-10 CM index for "ureteral spasm," I go to "Spasm" and go down to "ureter" and it leads me to code N13.5 - Crossing vessel and stricture of ureter without hydronephrosis.

Can someone explain to me why this is the code for a ureteral spasm? It sounds like a whole other thing. And my provider doesn't mention anything about a crossing vessel or stricture of the ureter in their note - just ureteral spasms.
