What Diagnosis Code (if any) is used to reflect that a patient is on a narcotics contract with their physician or clinic?

I know of no dx code for this, is the patient undergoing pain management

Maybe V58.69? This covers:
-long term current use of methadone
-long term current use of opiate analgesic
-Other high risk medications
-long term current use of methadone
-long term current use of opiate analgesic
-Other high risk medications

That is kind of where I was going except you cannot use that as a first listed dx, so I was thinking a pain code first. If that was the reason for the narcotic contract.

Along these lines.....what would you code for a DAU to insure the patient is compliant with the pain contract?
All I get on the lab slip is "Med Compliance"....... would you use v58.83?
Just curious what you would use.
