What diagnosis code would you assign for a professional claim for the following: Excessive sedation, probably due to sedating antipsychotic and mood stabilizing medications...

I am not sure how to code this with the word "probably" in there. I was looking at 995.20 but not sure if that would be correct! The medications were given by the staff according to the orders.

Any help I could get would be wonderful! :)
