Can you help me with a code for;

Atrial and right ventricular thrombectomy

Inferior vena cava and hepatic vein thrombectomy

all through median sternotomy incision. The thrombectomies are done with repair of atrial septal defect 33641 and ligation of PDA 33820.

You might want to consider for atrial or ventricular thrombus 33310, 33315. Inferior vena cava 34401, 34421, 34451. Hepatic 34151. I do not know the detail, but this will at least give you a start. Be careful of bundling!
