Though there is not a specific diagnosis for "Progressive Familial Intrahepatic Cholestasis" the diagnosis code 751.69 "Other congenital anomaly of gallbladder, bile ducts, and liver" should work. You may also want to cause the symptoms that led to the diagnosis.
