Hi everyone! TGIF!!! Patient has elavated PT and NPP see him for bruising in the right great toe and adjusts coumadin dosage...I have CPT codes:
99213 & 85610(QW)...is that right?

I don't have a ICD book with me- can you please give me the Dx codes?!?!?!
