What is the code for uncontrolled hyperglycemia in the setting of RLL pneumonia?

Pt has a history of HTN, DM, Asthma, CAD, S/P CABG and hyperlipidemia.

I believe that if the diabetic patient is hypoglycemic, it is 250.80 if diabetes II, not stated as uncontrolled. If it is hyperglycemic, it is 250.90.

Since it is stated as uncontrolled and does not give a type 1 or 2 it automatically defaults to type 2. i would code it as a 250.02......
 
i would code it as 250.02 since diabetes with hyperglycemia leads code to diabetes,by type ,with 5th digit for con/uncont in book
