Provider injected cervical spine facet joint and thoracic cage joint with ultrasound guidance. Need the correct CPT codes for these two injections. Codes I can find are with CT or other guidance. 0214T and 0215T denied by MVA ins. Injecting Prolotherapy which is covered by MVA insurance.
