One of my physicians is doing an olecranoplasty, I am unable to find a code for this procedure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you might be looking for arthroplasty of the olecranon. Try looking under arthroplasty, elbow.

Okay thank you, he is going thru the ulna bone do you think that makes a difference?

If the doctor is doing an elbow arthroplasty, I would read the lay descriptions of 24360-24366 and determine any of them match the description in the op report.
