Wiki need help with dx code.

Hello,

I am new to Pediatrics and need a little help with a dx code. Medi-cal (Calif Medicaid) is denying 99391 when we bill with dx code V20.32. Is there another dx code we can use to bill preventive care?

Try it with V202. Since V20.32 is a new code they may not have it loaded in their system. We've had this same problem with a lot of out payors whenver new codes come out they take a while to get them loaded.

We are having a problem also...The Payors are saying to me that they have not updated their files yet and to keep using V20.2

Code

Use either V20.2 or V70.3. I hope that this helps.
