Hi , I need help with E&m codes for a pt that was admitted to a small hospital facility. Durring sugery became critically ill. Our physician was called in to assist, decided the pt needed to be transfered to a major hospital and admitted to critical care where the pt expired. What CPT codes can be billed ? Thanks
 
Can you post the scrubbed note(s)? There are several possibilities, it just depends on what was documented.
