I would not use the 80050, those tests are not there. I would look at the 80053 and then code the additional not included.

I agree with Anna on the 80053... and coding the other remaining ones separately. You can't code the 80050 because "some" of those tests weren't even done.
I'm curious though - what panel were they running. Typically the order states what panel they want. What did the order say?
