Physician performed a R/L Heart Cath. Patient was pronounced brain dead, the heart and liver were donated. How would I code this????? Please explain.

Are you looking for CPT or ICD-9 or both?
 
heart cath only?

I don't code cardiology, so don't know if you have enough documentation, but really the only thing I see the physician doing here is performing the R/L heart cath. (And I strongly suspect there isn't enough documentation to code this.)

Just saying that the heart and liver were donated doesn't qualified for coding the harvesting of those organs.
