Wiki NEED ICD-10 AND CPT CODES

I have a patient with two postoperative diagnosis (1. Right Shoulder high-grade partial thickness rotator cuff tear; 2. Glenohumeral osteoarthritis). Had three procedures done: (1. SHOULDER ARTHROSCOPY W/REPAIR ROTATOR CUFF; 2. SHOULDER ARTHROSCOPIC ROTATOR CUFF DEBRIDEMENT AND REPAIR; 3. SUBACROMIAL DECOMPRESSION; 4. GLENOHUMERAL CHONDROPLASTY). For the CPT codes I came up with 29827, 29822, 29826, 29823. For the diagnosis codes I came up with M75.111 and M19.011. Just looking for a 2nd opinion.

Hello,
In reference to the CPT codes 29822 and 29823 cannot be billed together. As I do not know what was debrided I cannot advise which is correct. 29822 is for debridement of 1 or 2 structures , 29823 is 3 or more. Dx look correct
