Does anyone out there bill code 99058 for emergency based office visits, if so are insurance companies paying for this? I work for a general surgeon and we are always getting calls from primary physicians that need us to see their patients TODAY. We work them into our schedule even though we don't have any openings. Also does anyone bill code 99080 when filling out insurance forms, if so are insurance companies paying for this?
