One of my Unit Secretaries sent me an email looking for a diagnosis code. This is what information I received:

Right Lower Extremity Surgical Site Infection with cellulitis and seropurulent drainage

I need an ICD9 code for this. I would imagine this is going to be two codes. Thank you ahead of time.
