I'm having a hard time finding an accurate/proper code for neobladder. Z93.6 is what I have found but I don't agree with that code since it's considered an opening. Can someone provide some direction?

I ' d use one of dx out of N31 block or N31.8 and add urine incontinence dysfunction behavior per documentation with add on dx R32 or N39 to it per the ICD10 manual. Then I would use 2nd dx as Z93.6 I hope this helps you .
