SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENT OF A LEFT 5-FRENCH MULTIPURPOSE CATHETER VIA PERCUTANEOUS APPROACH THROUGH LEFT POSTERIOR MIDPOLE RENAL CALIX DOWN TO THE LEFT RENAL PELVIS INTO THE BLADDER.
i was leaning toward 50393/74480 since it say it was advanced into the bladder. but the dr. is calling it nepho-tube placement which is 50392/74475. which one should i code.

You are correct, and 50393/74480 should be higher in reimbursement.
