If anyone knows how to correctly code (with modifiers) these four cpt codes together, Please respond. 75791, 35475, 75962, 63215. Thanks!
 
Per SuperCoder 63215 is not a valid code; here are the others in order.

35475 Transluminal balloon angioplasty, percutaneous; brachiocephalic trunk or branches, each vessel

Oh, my mistake! That was a typo. It should have been 36215. Thanks for the info. I need to look into super coder.
