When coding a nerve conduction study upper and lower with 13 or more, what are the CPT codes and modifiers that should be used? Besides 95913?

It is hard to give a direct coding quote to you without seeing the operative note. However, you are only counting the 13 points that were performed and not by limb. 95913 has a MUE of 1 so, my suggestion is to research your code 95913. If the physician performed 13 (95913), then guidelines state that it is not by limb but the number of points.

Hope this helps :)
