Can someone help me this is a new field for me and need to precert.
What CPT codes are for?
** Subclavian Hals with total abdomenal colectomy with ileal proctostomy.
Dx Multiple colon polyps.
The ones I'm leaning towards don't exactly sound correct. 44155, 44207.

The colectomy part is either 44150 (open) or 44210 (laparoscopic). I am not sure what a subclavian Hals is, so I can't speak to that part.
