I have received two articles (ATS and AABIP both February issues) that state we can no longer use the 31629, 31628, 31633 or 31632 with the new codes... although there is not a CCI edit for them. Does anyone know more detail about the proper billing for these codes? CPT is not exactly clear. Thank you, Anna
