Does anyone have a website or a resource of where to go to find a listing of medical necessity(approved) ICD-10 CM diagnosis codes covered for nuclear medicine radiology--excluding cardiology? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I bought the ICD-10 cross-over package for radiology but nuclear is not included and we have a new provider who wants this info.
