My provider is asking what diagnosis codes he should be using for the labs ordered for new OB patients during their OB History and Physical. He is advising the lab does not accept the Encounter for supervision of pregnancy codes. The Z34.__ codes.
 
Another area codes labs in my organization but looking in the chart I am currently in, they used Z32.01 on all the initial labs. (These went to Anthem and were paid.) Another chart had N91.2 (went to UMR/UHC and paid) Also could try Encounter for antenatal screening of mother [Z36.9]?
