Hi Everyone-

Need some help w the billable cpt codes for the following-

Pt is 1 day post op of a c section delivery goes back to the or for an
exploratory laparotomy, lysis of adhesions, and evacuation of hemoperitoneum
blood clot --this would be a complication that we could bill for ?

This code is for open procedure, if you have a laporascopic procedure use the Lap code with -78. Thank you.
