Hi-

Our team has been having trouble reaching Oklahoma Medicaid to obtain claim status and dispute denials? I'm being told when they reach out they aren't able to reach a live representative. And when they go online to the provider portal they aren't able to send an inquiry on denials.

I would try the provider portal and I'm surprised there wasn't a live representative to help you. Did you call 800-522-0114. I work a lot in this provider portal. For claim statuses you can search the claim to find out the denial or if it paid, to dispute denials you may have to call a representative or if you know what's wrong with them, you could correct the claim via the provider portal. I hope this helped some!
