Does anyone have the specific breakdown of just what an Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment involves in terms of the History, Exam, and MDM that is inclusive to these code levels? I have physicians debating that the level of exam et al should include a separate E&M service and I don't know exactly how to determine the code level for the OMT to know if or at what level an additional E&M should be. Help...
