I am trying to code an open forearm thrombectomy and fistulogram and was wondering if the Cardiovasular coding experts could give me some help. I am an ED coder who has liitle experience with these set of CPT codes.

The patient had a thrombus in their av graft and had it removed then a catheter was introduced to do a fistulogram under their venous and arterial limbs. My question is how do I capture the Fistulogram? Do I code 36831 and 75791?
