Are codes 67916 (Repair of ectropion, excision tarsal wedge) and 15823 (Blepharoplasty, upper eyelid with excessive skin weighting down lid) billed separately or is 15823 bundled into 67916?
 
when checking the NCCI edits, they do not show as being bundled, however I would make sure that your documentation supports the billing/coding of both codes.
