Does anyone use the Optum360 Behavioral Health Services book? If so, is it worth the $180?

I bought one on sale (fortunately). No, I don't think it is worth $180. I do consult it occasionally as a convenience, but much of the information is available in guidelines elsewhere or still needs to be checked against specific payer requirements. Many of the pages consist of lists of ICD codes that are compatible with the different CPT codes, repetitious and unnecessary given what I just noted about specific payer requirements. These pages seem to be filler. It might be worthwhile buying a used copy if you are new coder to the field and I have recommended it to some as a resource just because it does consolidate some information under the CPT codes.
