is anybody out there getting ready to take the test to become ortho certified? if so, what refereces are you using?

I am sitting for the ortho speciality exam on Nov 8. I am only using the AAPC study guide. I've been coding Ortho for close to 20 years so I can only hope that's all I will need 
I did notice that we can use one other additional source book (but not the study guide) so I may purchase another book of some sort to take with me just to have.
