I have a surgery that is as follows:
Left index finger irragation and debridment
Open reduction and internal fixation of the proximal phalanx
Left flexor digitorum superficialis stump excision
left index finger radial digital nerve repair
left index finger radial digital artery ligation
I am not an ortho coder! Can anyone help/direct me please!
